ESMAP Business Plan: FY2005-2007

Securing Energy for Poverty Reduction and Economic Growth

The proposed ESMAP Business Plan for 2005-2007 reflects the renewed commitment of the World Bank Group and its development partners to address the energy issues in a manner that will ensure progress toward energy security,  the transition to a low carbon economy, accelerating access by the poor and in the poorest economies to reliable modern energy, and improving the performance of energy markets and the sector governance.
