Options for Renewable Energy in Vietnam: A Report on the June 15-16, 1999 Two-day Participatory Workshop in Hanoi

Original workshop report adjusted for dissemination under wider audience.
This document is an informally edited version of the workshop report. This version has a wider audience than the original group of participants that attended the meeting on June 15/16 in Hanoi. The document contains more explanatory text in particular related to the participatory Object Oriented Project Planning methodology used to moderate the workshop, the steps the participants went through during the workshop, and the analysis done by the REAP team to derive the barrier matrix.
However, the results, agreements and problem trees documented in the initial report have not been changed.
